  • Cancellations Made Before 10 Days: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations Made Before 5 Days: 20% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations Made on the Last Day: No refund will be provided.

2. Prebooking and Slot Booking Amount

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Prebooking and slot booking amounts are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation Process

  • Written Request: All cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our online cancellation form.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation request and the applicable refund amount.

4. Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation request.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.

5. Changes and Amendments

  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule a booking will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.
  • Booking Amendments: Changes to your booking (e.g., change of dates, number of travelers) are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

6. Force Majeure

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events, we will endeavor to offer an alternative or a partial refund at our discretion.
